I+C Investigar a Comunicación is the title of the Foundation Congress of the Asociación Española de Investigación de la Comunicación (AE-IC), which arose from the desire to promote and foster communication research within the sphere of scientific policy, facilitate cooperation and create networks for the exchange of information between researchers, and institute a policy of collaboration with international research associations.
